He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Hons.) from Stella Maris Polytechnic University, Liberia, and is a student in the Master of Science (online) program at Heritage Christian University College, Ghana. He is a former BHP Billiton Scholar and was an Honor-roll student at the Stella Maris Polytechnic (2013).

Harlee is a Manager at Baker Tilly Liberia, managing a portfolio of clients operating in the mining, financial institutions, non-governmental, insurance, and service sectors. In this role, he plans and executes financial and non-financial audits in line with International Standards on Auditing, applicable accounting standards, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, using Baker Tilly’s risk-based audit methodology.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Liberia, he served as Finance & Administrative Assistant at Africa 2000 Network (Liberia) from 2012 to 2015, having oversight responsibilities to manage and report on project funds and on the administrative operations of the organization.
