Harlee is a competent and resourceful chartered accountant, with excellent skills in handling financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance, auditing and forensic accounting activities. He possesses useful insights into playing a strategic role within organizations, by providing professional advice aimed at maximizing profitability. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, and the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Hons.) from Stella Maris Polytechnic University, Liberia, and is a student in the Master of Science (online) program at Heritage Christian University College, Ghana. He is a former BHP Billiton Scholar and was an Honor-roll student at the Stella Maris Polytechnic (2013).

He has an excellent mix of qualifications and skills obtained from over ten years of experience working in private practice and industry which impact positively on all assignments and projects he manages. He has a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail and is passionate about financial management and controls, risk management, expenditure controls, and ensuring that businesses achieve their full potential.

Harlee is a Manager at Baker Tilly Liberia, managing a portfolio of clients operating in the mining, financial institutions, non-governmental, insurance, and service sectors. In this role, he plans and executes financial and non-financial audits in line with International Standards on Auditing, applicable accounting standards, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, using Baker Tilly’s risk-based audit methodology.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Liberia, he served as Finance & Administrative Assistant at Africa 2000 Network (Liberia) from 2012 to 2015, having oversight responsibilities to manage and report on project funds and on the administrative operations of the organization.
